We welcome Spring! Gentle rains soak the land. The earth itself seems heavy with moisture and the landscape is a wellspring of life! Spring is a season of birth, new beginnings, renewal, and growth -- a time for the earth to manifest the latent potential within all things. Seeds are germinating, flowers budding, insects buzzing, leaves unfurling. And as the earth transforms, we are deeply influenced by this gentle stirring around us. We sense a natural opportunity for a fresh, clean start. Our bodies are primed to lighten things up, cleanse and rebalance. Come celebrate the season, a renewed sense of joy and inspiration, as the Spring equinox is upon us!
In this season of transition, Mother Nature moves in a fluid and organic way. We'll build on this theme on the morning of March 20th beginning with an active yoga practice lead by talented local winemaker and yogi, Nicole Abiouness. She's well versed in Vinyasa Flow, Iyengar and Anusara yoga and has been a teacher and student for over 16 years!
We'll facilitate exploration of your 'dosha' and also talk about how we can all maintain a mindful presence through the season. We'll elevate our heart rate with a short bootcamp format and then sit quietly for a moment to reflect on what has transpired and set our intentions for the season. Nourishment will be provided by Annette Shafer's Crisp Kitchen + Juice with a metabolism boosting shot to start the day, fresh-pressed juice and light breakfast -- and a Crisp Bowl bursting at the seams with all things Spring for your lunch to-go!
